Meeting will be held in person at the Malcolm Hotel located in Canmore, Alberta.

Registrants of the meeting are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

A room block at our meeting venue (The Malcolm Hotel) has been reserved and includes a variety of bedroom types. The Malcolm Hotel has provided an excellent discounted group rate. Attendees are strongly encouraged to register for the conference and book accommodation prior to February 15th.

Further Meeting Details

The meeting begins on Thursday, April 23rd, with breakfast starting at 7:30am, and the scientific program scheduled from 8:20am to 3:45pm. After the scientific program, we will be hosting an offsite social activity, followed by an evening reception/dinner back at the Malcolm Hotel.

Day Two of the meeting (Friday, April 24th) will begin with breakfast starting at 7:30am, and the scientific program scheduled from 8:20am to 1:00pm. Lunch will be provided.

All meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks and Thursday evening dinner), along with the group activity, will be paid for by CTTG. Dietary needs will be collected during registration and shared with hotel catering.
